1. Becoming an Author

2. Your Products

- You must ensure that your products are:

- Earnings are shown in your Vendor Dashboard.
- Payouts are processed via supported payment methods (e.g., PayPal, Bank Transfer).
- Minimum payout thresholds and withdrawal fees may apply.
- You are responsible for reporting and paying your own taxes.
5. Product Updates & Support
- You are encouraged to provide updates, bug fixes, or improvements to your products.
- If you offer customer support (e.g., installation help), you must respond to buyers professionally and within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Content Restrictions
You may not upload products that:
- Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
- Contain offensive, harmful, or illegal material.
- Are pirated, copied, or stolen from other sources.
- Mislead buyers with false claims.
7. Marketing & Promotion
- We may promote your products through our website, newsletters, or social media.
- Featured placement is available for higher-tier vendors (e.g., Professional or Enterprise).
8. Refunds & Disputes
- Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
- If a dispute arises with a buyer, we may intervene and our decision will be final.
9. Termination of Vendor Account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these terms or our Terms of Use.
- Upload fraudulent, illegal, or harmful content.
- Misuse our platform in a way that damages our reputation or services.
10. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for your earnings, lost sales, or buyer misuse of your products.
- You agree to indemnify us against any claims related to your products.
