- Incorporate the item into a product that will be sold (e.g., an app, software, template).
- Modify, customize, and combine with other works.
❌ You Cannot:
- Resell or redistribute the item as-is (standalone download).
- Share the raw source files outside your team or organization.
3. Subscription Downloads
- If you access items via a subscription plan (Free, Starter):
- You may use items downloaded during your active subscription under the applicable license.
- If your subscription ends, you may continue using previously downloaded items in existing projects, but you may not download new items.
4. Prohibited Uses
Regardless of license type, you may not:
- Use items in illegal, defamatory, or offensive material.
- Use items for trademark or logo registration.
- Resell or share items on other marketplaces or file-sharing sites.
5. Intellectual Property
- Authors retain ownership of their items.
- Buyers receive a license to use the item according to these terms.
